This service is provided to you to record and share Minecraft experiences. While I try to do everything correct, mistakes happen. I'm not liable any damages that result directly or indirectly from using this website, the miners-movies.com Minecraft Server or the Desktop Recorder. Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

I claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the service. Your recordings and materials remain yours. By agreeing to these terms, you agree to allow others to view your content.

I might, but have no obligation to, remove Content and Accounts containing Content that I determine in my sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

I have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the service for any reason at any time. Such termination will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account or your access to your account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your account.

TL;DR: Don't do stupid things. I won't. Have fun.

Website Visitors

The purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how you all use its website. Website logs are usually deleted after two weeks.

Currently there is no way to delete a user account. If you want to delete your account, please contact me.
